"Meta Labs Cold Plunge was a heartwarming experience. I came in nervous, leaving invigorated and inspired. It was really a dopamine hit for the soul.
What made the visit so memorable was because of the staff. Dany, was present and took the time out to, not only help with the experience, but also enlightened us about the philosophies of the techniques and the health benefits of short term and long term use. His knowledge and soothing voice really helped calmed my nervousness.
The shop uses Reverse Osmosis water for the process, the facility was clean and spacious. I will definitely be coming back."
