"I have been here 2 times now and I feel better and better each time. I love how straight forward and clean the facility is. There are 3 tanks: 50*F, 45*, & 37* as well as a hot tub and steam sauna. I love that they require everyone to shower prior and after using the sauna before going into the cold tanks. They have a very clean bathroom and a corner shower with non-perfumed soap to shower there if needed. Despite it being so clean I notice that it doesn’t reek of chlorine (which I love as all of their plumbing is with RO water so it’s very cleansing!) My hair, skin, body and mind have all improved since coming here. I’ll be back!"
